Refund Policy

  • We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every project. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund guidelines below.
  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on the stage of the project and the nature of the issue.
  • For design services, a 50% deposit is typically required to begin work. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers initial research, concepts, and time allocated.
  • If the project is canceled before any design work has started, the deposit (if paid) will be fully refunded.
  • Once we have presented initial concepts and you have requested revisions, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
  • For projects where payment is made in full upfront, a partial refund may be issued for work not yet completed, minus a cancellation fee covering administrative costs and time spent.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within 14 days of the last payment or project delivery.
  • We do not offer refunds for digital files (such as completed designs, source files, or graphics) once they have been delivered and accepted by you.
  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, we will make reasonable revisions to address your concerns before considering a refund.
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind or if you decide to discontinue the project after significant work has been completed.
  • Any refund approved will be processed within 10 business days and returned via the original payment method.
  • Third-party expenses (e.g., stock photos, fonts, plugins) purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.
  • If we are unable to deliver the project as agreed due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if you have violated our Terms of Service or acted in bad faith.
  • For recurring services (e.g., maintenance packages), refunds are prorated based on the unused portion of the service period.
  • No refunds are given for services already rendered, including consultation calls, strategy sessions, or completed milestones.
  • Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Webclyft Studio and are final.
